The Ligues de la santées have been entrusted with the task of analysing menu follow-up since 1997.
In 2017, the Ligues de la santé became the Promotion santé Vaud association.
On 1 January 2019, the Policlinique médicale universitaire, the Institut universitaire de médecine sociale et préventive, the Institut universitaire romand de santé au travail and the association Promotion santé Vaud merged to become Unisanté.
On 1 January 2020, the Fondation vaudoise pour le dépistage du cancer also joined Unisanté.
The 2020 assessment was carried out by Laurence Margot, an ASDD dietician. She has worked at the Ligues de la santé and carried out the various analyses over the last few years. She is now independent.
