Become a mentor

A number of studies show that one of the factors leading women to abandon academic careers is the lack of integration and support, both formal and informal, during the postdoctoral period (Leeman & Stutz, 2008, p.3).

We are looking to build up a network of available and motivated professors to meet with programme participants on an ad hoc basis from October 2020 and advise them, for example, on an application or scholarship request, on preparing for an interview or probationary period, or on various aspects of an academic career, depending on their own experience.
