In line with the ecological transition plan, this offer is exclusively vegetarian.

As a reminder, the Swiss Society of Nutrition recognises that a balanced and diversified vegetarian diet represents a healthy way of eating that does not lead to nutritional deficiencies.

Since September 2022, the nutritional assessments of the dishes served in the cafeterias have been available on the Assiettes et menus du jour page and via the UNIL Campus mobile application (Android and iOS).

As a reminder

  • meals are not subsidised
  • prices are calculated annually on the basis of an algorithm

    external persons (non-conventional prices)

The document 'Cadre de référence pour une offre alimentaire équilibrée et durable à l'UNIL’ will have to be applied by all new caterers on campus from 2020.

Restaurants are committed to offering at least:

To wit

Restaurants, the Commission de l'alimentation and the Direction de l’UNIL have agreed that prices will be adjusted according to an algorithm.

These three indicators are weighted at 30%, 30% and 40% respectively.

Any price adjustments come into effect at the beginning of the academic year.
