What does an apprenticeship as a commercial employee at UNIL involve?

This apprenticeship enables you to learn various skills, such as : receiving, sorting and distributing mail, drawing up administrative documents (letters and certificates, for example), responding to requests from users (telephone calls, letters, emails) or, if necessary, referring them to other people.

The apprentice also learns to use various IT tools (word processing, lists, tables), manage an accounting system and many other activities, as your trainer's aim is to help you become independent in a small way.

UNIL is a great institution, offering a variety of opportunities for an·e apprentice. For example, you could apply for a work placement in a sector other than your own (faculty department, HR, institute), thereby diversifying your experience.
