Parking areas

Parking on the UNIL campus is divided into three types of zones:

• White zones : intended for occasional visitors with a parking ticket. 
• Green zones : reserved for holders of a parking sticker during the week from 8am to 6pm and open against payment to occasional visitors from 6pm to 8am as well as all day on Saturdays and Sundays. Public holidays in the canton of Vaud are treated as Sundays.
• Yellow zones : served to holders of a special parking sticker.
• Red "P" indicate motorcycle/scooter parking

The UNIL campus also includes the following specific parking spaces:

• Maintenance spaces : reserved for UNIL service vehicles as well as vehicles belonging to companies commissioned by UNIL to work on campus and holding an ad hoc authorisation issued by UNISEP.
• Restricted parking spaces for mobility-impaired persons: provided to holders of a parking permit for mobility-impaired persons issued by the Service des Automobiles et de la Navigation (SAN).
• Mobility  spaces: réserviced to Mobility Car Sharing.
• Charging spaces for electric vehicles: provided for electric vehicles on charge in accordance with the conditions of the UNIL Parking Directive 0.11.
