Conducted a few weeks after the start of the new academic year in September, the "How are you?" survey is designed to find out how new arrivals are adjusting. The main aims are to make them aware of the nature of university studies and help them settle in by providing them with information about the resources available.
Every year, the Vocational Guidance and Careers Service (SOC) conducts a telephone survey in collaboration with the Federation of Students Associations (FAE) with all those enrolled for the first time on a Bachelor's degree course at UNIL.
By gathering information on any problems encountered, the survey is a way for UNIL to improve the quality of its welcome for students. Carried out by fellow students who are at a more advanced stage of their studies, the survey also provides valuable advice on UNIL's aims.
