The team is both competent and caring, providing technical support with a human touch. The help desk is a local service that treats every request with attention and efficiency, guaranteeing personalised support.

A desk dedicated to UNIL members' personal devices is available at the Amphimax. Open Monday to Friday without appointment, it offers practical assistance for your personal technical needs.
