Staff Committee (CoPers)

Do you have an idea or a wish to make life easier for UNIL staff? Problems in your day-to-day work? Problems related to pressure from your superiors or the organisation of your work? Do you need discreet advice? Talk to the CoPers. She can relay your wishes and ideas, give you guidance and support.

What does CoPers do?

Is something wrong? Is there something you would like to see?

As an example, here are three actions carried out in various areas, personal and/or collective. The CoPers has:

  • advanced the case for recognition of honorary status for all UNIL employees, all teaching staff and the PAT.
    • drew the attention of the Direction to "abusive" uses of the status of Chargé de cours by certain faculties. Some of these cases have been clarified and situations resolved.

Get in touch with us!

At the CoPers Office, three people from each of UNIL’s professional bodies await your suggestions and take your complaints discreetly.

Any member of staff can submit a problem or an idea to the Bureau. These messages will be discussed in committee and, where appropriate, at one of the regular meetings between the CoPers and the Management.

The members of the CoPers are bound by official secrecy. Any proposal or problem will be discussed, in your presence if you so wish. The Board will keep you informed.

  • So that your ideas do not go unheeded
  • So that your interests do not isolate you within a department or faculty
  • So that a problem linked to your work does not become a source of anxiety
