The REGARD programme workshops provide practical tools for managing the academic careers of female doctoral candidates, members of the academic staff and professors. In the workshops, you will have the opportunity to develop your cross-disciplinary skills with other researchers from the partner universities.
The REGARD workshop programme was developed by the Bureaux de l'université de Fribourg, Genéve, Lausanne and Neuchâtel in 2004. Since then, the HES-SO and EPFL have joined the team..
For whom, how, what?
- Target audience: assistants, doctoral students, post-doctoral students, maître-assistants, MERs and other intermediary body functions, professors
- Workshop topics: academic career planning; research project management; communication tools; personal development
- Workshops in French and English
- Free participation for female researchers from partner institutions
- At least 20 workshops each year for approx. 260 participants
- A mixed female-male audience for certain workshops each year
