LGBTIQ

15 stories and more  is a tool, developed; by IDHEAP, on the working climate in respect of LGBTIQ people. It consists of a questionnaire in the form of interactive videos, which departmental, institute or other managers can easily administer to the members of their unit. The purpose of this tool could be to initiate a discussion on LGBTIQ issues within one or more departments. The survey should ideally be followed by feedback and a discussion of the results with the members of the units concerned.

The Egality office will be on hand, if required.
