All UNIL campuses are easily accessible by public transport and are close to a railway station.
The m1 metro and five bus lines (24, 25, 31, 701 and 705) all run to and from the Dorigny Campus.
As the Dorigny campus is quite large, it's useful to know exactly which building you're getting off at in order to get off at the right stop. If in doubt, you can consult the list of buildings and the various units located in them.

Regular rates
Since the creation of the Vaud fare community, Mobilis, at the end of 2004, users have been able to use the same ticket to travel with the canton's various public transport companies.
Subscriptions
For regular users, the purchase of a season ticket is often advantageous.
When buying a Mobilis or CFF season ticket, young people benefit from junior fares until the day before their 25th birthday.
Since 1991, UNIL has had the good fortune to be served by the m1, which provides a link between Lausanne city centre and Renens railway station in less than 10 minutes.
In order to capitalise on the major modal shift that followed the introduction of the m1, several bus routes have been created to connect the Dorigny campus with the various communes of western Lausanne.
This, combined with the proximity of two major railway stations (Lausanne and Renens) and an international airport (Geneva), makes UNIL one of the universities with the best public transport links.
