Associations
Welcome to community life, an important part of campus life. The dense network of associations will enable you to get involved, defend your rights and promote and support your interests. These associations are made up of members of the community, and their aims or activities are in line with the missions of the University Charter.
Umbrella associations
There are three of them, based on the other university associations.

The mission of the representative associations is to defend the interests of members of a UNIL body at faculty or institutional level.

Active on campus, non-representative associations cover areas of study, research, and community life at UNIL. The Fédérond association aims to unite and represent these associations.
