H.I.T - Leadership program for female teachers
With ‘H.I.T - High Potential University Leaders Identity & Skills Training Program - Gender Sensitive Leaders in Academia’, Switzerland's universities and federal institutes of technology are offering female professors a leadership programme to prepare them for leadership positions within their institutions and help them develop gender equality skills.
H.I.T. is a cooperation programme between the equality offices of Switzerland's universities and Federal Institutes of Technology, funded by swissuniversities and coordinated by the University of Zurich.
