Placing an advertisement
Your search is over! The University of Lausanne and the Ecole polytechnique fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) provide a platform where you can publish your advertisement and instantly reach several thousand students looking for accommodation – and it’s free of charge! The database is exclusively for UNIL and EPFL students, who will contact you directly. Your advertisement is published for 30 days and can be extended at any time by accessing your account.
Since the accommodation services at UNIL and EPFL have no way of knowing when you find a tenant, please remove your advertisement as soon as your accommodation is no longer available. This will save you a lot of unnecessary phone calls and emails!
Please note that the accommodation services referred to above reserve the right to visit the accommodation offered and reject advertisements if the living conditions are unacceptable. We recommend that you refer to the Swiss Code of Obligations on tenancy law and your obligations as a landlord or tenant (if you are subletting).
