When organising an event with a UNIL catering service, please contact the Unicom Events and Room Management Group (AEGS).

The use of professional caterers is subject to special rules. Caterers operating on the Dorigny campus are contractually bound to respect controlled prices for certain products that are favourable to the entire university community.

The restaurant owners receive no subsidies and pay the usual charges associated with their activity. For these reasons, and in accordance with the University of Lausanne's requirements, these caterers have priority for providing catering services on the Dorigny campus. The use of any other catering service (bakery, delivery service, etc.) is prohibited.

Caterers and event organisers are subject to Directive 5.2 Organisation of receptions on University premises.

Outside official opening hours, at certain events, you can ask for certain areas to be opened:

• Unithèque: Réfectoire, Brasserie, Mezzanine
• Amphimax : Self-service
• Batochime : Cafeteria
• Internef : Cafeteria
• Anthropole : Cafeteria
• Géopolis : Self-service
• Centre Sport et Santé : Self-service
