The Sc2 programme is organising a series of lectures as part of the master's degree in research. All the lectures are open to the public without prior registration (free entry). What will be inherited by future generations? Will this inheritance be accepted? Is a choice even possible? Innate or acquired, reactionary or dominant, burden or sorrow, fatality or freedom, so many dichotomies for so many situations that all the sciences have to remind us of the entanglement, the complication and even the dilemma. At the heart of this complexity lies succession, the relationship that is established between the person who transmits and the person who hosts. This is where medicine, law and institutions come into play in practice, as well as where political and philosophical positions come into play.
