Pedagogical training

UNIL attaches great importance to the quality of its teaching and the development of its teachers' pedagogical skills, while respecting their autonomy and the diversity of their practice.

Various departments and units, as well as faculties and colleges, offer training courses open to all those who wish to enhance their teaching practice and promote student learning. The aim of these courses is to enhance the pedagogical skills of the various teaching bodies, encourage critical reflection on teaching practices and make teachers aware of contemporary issues. Some of them provide certificates of participation that can be included in the activity report/tenure file.

For specific courses offered by your Faculty, please consult their website.
