Tableau Desktop is a software application for creating interactive visualisations based on data sources. It is used by UNISIS to prepare and share statistical cockpits with the entire UNIL community and the public.
UNISIS provides training to analyse institutional data using Tableau Desktop.
Access to institutional data sources requires the validation of the Dean·ne or Management. You will be asked to complete documents concerning data confidentiality before starting the course.
UNISIS does not provide training in the use of Tableau Desktop for data other than that offered. If you would like to use other data on Tableau, we recommend the free tutorials available on the Tableau Desktop website.
