50/50 Vision project
Balanced representation of both genders at all levels of academic post can only be achieved in close cooperation with the faculties.
In 2013, the Rectorate decided to make this a tangible reality with the launch of its 50/50 Vision project. Working groups set up by the seven Dean’s Offices defined a series of objectives and measures, based on the specific situation of each faculty. In 2017, faculty action plans were produced for the period 2017-2020.
