H.I.T – Leadership programme for women professors

With « H.I.T — High Potential University Leaders Identity & Skills Training Program - Gender Sensitive Leaders in Academia », the Swiss universities and EPFs offer women professors a new leadership programme designed to prepare them for leading positions in academia and help them develop gender equality and diversity competences.

H.I.T. is a cooperation programme of the Equal Opportunities Offices of Swiss universities and EPFs, supported by swissuniversities and coordinated by the University of Zurich.
