Who can request support from the Foundation for the University of Lausanne:

• UNIL researchers (criteria vary for each type of support)

Types of support:

• individual research support
• participation in a congress
• organization of conference
• IN and OUT exchange
• support for project at the interface between academia and civil society

Who can request support from the Sophie Afenduli Foundation:

• student or researcher of Greek nationality attached to a university, a polytechnic or any other equivalent school In Switzerland
• student or researcher of Swiss nationality working in a field concerning Greece attached to a university, a polytechnic or any other equivalent school In Switzerland

Types of support:

• grants for contributions to higher education or research training costs.

Who can request support from the Agassiz Foundation:

• all members of the university community of the FGSE or FBM faculties (excluding medicine)

Types of support:

• research support
• international exchanges

Who can request support from the Chuard-Schmid Foundation:

• professor·e·s (PO, PA, PAST) and honorary professors attached to UNIL
• teaching and research masters (MER) attached to UNIL

Types of support:

• grant for research projects 
• publications

Who can request support from the Erna Hamburger Foundation:

• women wishing to continue their training by entering post-degree courses

Types of support:

• grant intended to provide for the material needs of the beneficiaries

Who can request support from the Herbette Foundation:

• professors and MERs registered in FGSE (IGD, ISTE, IDYST) or in FBM (DBMV, DEE, DMF, CIG), excluding medical, human and social sciences

Types of support:

• invitation of scientists
• organization of congresses, courses, seminars, conferences
• activity aimed at popularizing science in all its forms
• scientific leave / improvement of the teaching staff in general
• research project
• purchase of devices, materials, instruments, books, etc.
• contribution to scientific publication costs

Who can request support from the Theodore Lagonico Foundation:

• students (minimum master's level) or researchers of Greek nationality attached to UNIL
• Swiss students (minimum master's level) or researchers attached to UNIL in a field concerning Greece

Types of support:

• scholarship for higher education or research costs

Who can request support from the Van Walsem foundation

• students of Swiss or Dutch nationality
• students, former students, professors and teaching staff

Types of support:

• grant for higher education costs or research costs for students of Swiss or Dutch nationality
• printing costs for theses and scientific works
• orientation travel expenses related to theses and scientific works

Who can request support from the Zerilli-Marimò Foundation:

• UNIL students and young researchers working in the field of Italian language and civilization in the broad sense

Types of support:

• scholarship for higher education or research costs

Who can apply for support from Le Foyer universitaire

• UNIL students leading a project contributing to student well-being and their quality of life.
• UNIL university units, services and associations carrying out a project contributing to student well-being and their quality of life

Types of support:

• grants for projects that contribute to the quality of life of students at the University of Lausanne
